• Im not going to tell you to reblog this if you have a heart bc thats not true, I just want people to know how wonderful this girl was and what to keep her memory with us. 

“Kelly Valentine was crossing the street on foot around 4 p.m. when she was struck by a four door sedan traveling east on Cedar Road, Chesapeake Police Public Information Officer David C. Balsamo said.

A friend who was with Valentine at the time told WAVY News 10 that she had gone back to pick up her cell phone when she was struck.

“She parked her bike and said, I’m going to go get it, so she waited until the cars were cleared and the red car was down there,” said Kelly’s friend Olivia Leaf who was with her at the time.

Police said the driver had a green light and was not at fault.

“I didn’t know what to do. I stood there, everything went through my head, and I just ran over there to see if she was ok,” said Leaf.

Kelly was not ok. She was taken to the hospital where she passed away around 9 p.m.”

• She had no hate in her body, she only loved. She was so beautiful and funny. All the schools took it hard. All her friends say she is nothing but amazing and nice to everyone she meets
• On Saturday it will be one year since she has been gone. It does not even feel that long<3 You are still in my prayers baby girl! Gone but never forgotten and always in out hearts! I hope you look down at all of us and have a smile on your face (: God has a beautiful angel with him, he is so lucky!!
• I still cry when I cross that road…so hard to know you lost your life on that very road.
